1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the TrvlClubs website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TrvlClubs ("we," "our," or "us").

2. Description of Service

TrvlClubs provides a premium golf club rental service. We deliver tournament-ready golf equipment to vacation rentals, hotels, and other accommodations. Our service includes selection, delivery, and pickup of golf club sets, putters, and drivers for the duration of your stay. Service availability is currently limited to specific geographic areas.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services and make a reservation. By placing a booking, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

4. Reservations and Booking

When you place a reservation through TrvlClubs:

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information including your name, contact details, and delivery address.
  • Equipment availability is subject to confirmation at the time of booking.
  • A reservation is confirmed only after successful payment processing.
  • You are responsible for ensuring the delivery address is accurate and accessible during the delivery window.
  • Special delivery instructions (gate codes, lockbox details, etc.) must be provided at the time of booking.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in US dollars and include the rental fee and applicable delivery fee.
  • Payment is collected in full at the time of booking through our secure payment processor, Stripe.
  • We accept all major credit and debit cards.
  • Pricing may vary based on rental duration, equipment selection, and delivery location.
  • We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect existing confirmed reservations.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

The following cancellation policy applies to all reservations:

  • 7+ days before check-in: Full refund, free cancellation.
  • Within 7 days of check-in: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
  • No-shows or early returns: No refund will be issued.

To request a cancellation, contact us at support@trvlclubs.com or call (916) 597-0816. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

7. Equipment Care and Responsibility

During the rental period, you are responsible for the rented equipment:

  • Equipment must be used only for its intended purpose (playing golf).
  • You are responsible for the reasonable care and safekeeping of the equipment during the rental period.
  • Normal wear from play (scuffs, minor scratches) is expected and acceptable.
  • You may be held liable for damage beyond normal wear, including broken shafts, bent clubs, or lost equipment.
  • Report any damage or issues with the equipment promptly by contacting us.
  • All equipment must be available at the delivery address for scheduled pickup at the end of the rental period.

8. Delivery and Pickup

  • We will deliver equipment to the specified address on or before your check-in date.
  • We will pick up equipment on your check-out date.
  • You must ensure the equipment is accessible for pickup at the scheduled time.
  • If we are unable to deliver or pick up equipment due to inaccurate address information, inaccessible locations, or other issues within your control, additional fees may apply.
  • Delivery is currently available within our service areas only.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrvlClubs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the reservation giving rise to the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the quality, fitness for a particular purpose, or performance of the rental equipment. While we strive to provide premium, tournament-ready equipment, we do not guarantee that specific equipment will suit your individual playing style or preferences.

11. Intellectual Property

The TrvlClubs name, logo, website content, and all associated materials are the property of TrvlClubs and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from our website without our prior written consent.

12. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Provide false or misleading information when making a reservation
  • Sublease, resell, or transfer rented equipment to third parties
  • Interfere with or disrupt the website or its infrastructure
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TrvlClubs and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Privacy

Your use of TrvlClubs is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
