Renting premium golf clubs for your vacation is simple. Here's exactly how the process works from start to finish.

Choose Your Dates & Set

Start by entering your travel dates and destination city. We'll show you all available club sets that match your dates. Browse detailed descriptions of each set including brand profiles, flex options, and what's included.

What to consider when choosing:

  • • Your skill level and handicap
  • • Preferred club brands and styles
  • • Handedness (right or left)
  • • Shaft flex (stiff, regular, senior, ladies)

Enter Delivery Details

Provide your vacation rental address and any special delivery instructions. This could include gate codes, lockbox combinations, or specific drop-off locations. If you're staying at a property managed by one of our host partners, we'll already be coordinated with your host.

Helpful delivery tips:

  • • Provide accurate gate codes and access information
  • • Let us know if someone will be present at delivery
  • • Indicate a safe location if leaving unattended
  • • Include your phone number for delivery coordination

Complete Your Reservation

Review your booking summary and complete payment through our secure checkout. You'll receive an instant confirmation email with your reservation details and what to expect next.

Your confirmation includes:

  • • Reservation number and receipt
  • • Set details and delivery address
  • • Estimated delivery window
  • • Support contact information

Delivery Day

On your check-in day, we'll deliver your clubs to your vacation rental. Typical delivery windows are afternoon/early evening to coordinate with standard check-in times. You'll receive a notification when the clubs are on the way and when they've been delivered.

Delivery window:

Usually between 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM on check-in day. We coordinate with your property's check-in time when possible.

The clubs are yours for your entire stay. Play as much golf as you'd like at Scottsdale's world-class courses. Each set is professionally maintained and ready for tournament-level play.

Hassle-Free Pickup

On your check-out day, we'll pick up the clubs from your rental. Simply leave them in an agreed-upon location (usually where they were delivered). We typically pick up in the morning to stay out of your way during checkout.

Pickup process:

  • • Leave clubs in designated location
  • • No need to be present for pickup
  • • You'll receive confirmation once collected
  • • Normal wear and tear is expected

Damage Protection & Policies

Normal Wear & Tear

We expect clubs to show signs of use including minor scuffs on clubheads, normal wear on grips, and typical course damage. This is completely normal and there are no charges for standard playing wear.

Damage Beyond Normal Use

Broken shafts, cracked clubheads, or missing clubs are assessed at replacement cost. We'll inspect the clubs during pickup and contact you within 24 hours if there are any concerns.

Optional Damage Waiver (Coming Soon)

We're developing a damage waiver option that will cover accidental breakage beyond normal wear. This will be available at checkout for added peace of mind.
